Grapes for our Moscato were chosen from across California’s best cool climate growing regions, known for producing excellent acidity and balanced flavors, primarily from the North Coast. This area is known for maritime-influenced warm days and cool nights, with extended hang time for the grapes resulting in ripe flavors while preserving crispness and delicacy. Extended hang time allows for mature, ripe fruit with balanced acidity and well-developed flavors.

We carefully picked the grapes during the cool night and early morning hours in hopes to strengthen the citrus flavors and acidity balance. Once at the winery, the grapes were de-stemmed and gently pressed. The fresh juice was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, which preserve and enhance the floral and fruit flavors of this Moscato. A touch of Pinot Gris enhances bright, floral flavors. We handcraft our Moscato in our signature “Twirl-ing” style making this wine consistent, smooth, balanced and perfect for any occasion.
