Clerc Milon 是波爾多五大酒莊 Chateau Mouton 旗下酒莊之一，1970年由前 Mouton 莊主 Philippe de Rothschild 收購。酒標上繪有一對舞者翩翩起舞，故被暱稱為「雙人舞」。 以酒標圖案「雙人舞」的暱稱廣為人知的，是波爾多Pauillac村五級酒莊Chateau Clerc Milon；它和另一家五級酒莊「單人舞」– Chateau d`Armailhac兩者都是一級酒莊Mouton-Rothschild旗下的酒莊，本酒莊自1990年代後半之後在Mouton團隊的照顧下，水準顯著地大幅提升。近幾年的表現尤其是1995年以後，所釀之酒質已達四級酒莊的水準，行家甚至於認為有些年份她還被低估了。 Clerc Milon最得天獨厚的是她與兩個Pauillac區的一級酒莊，Ch. Mouton Rothschild與Ch. Lafite Rothschild相鄰。雖使用30到40%左右的Merlot，不過還是能讓人感受到Pauillac的風土個性。一般平均而言，Clerc Milon比起d`Armailhac的酒質會略勝一籌；在優異的年份，Clerc-Milon更是頗有Mouton-Rothschild之風，常帶有華麗的橡木桶香氣和甜美圓融的果香味，而價格相對平易近人許多，因此在全世界各地都相當有人氣。 Clerc Milon在Baronne Philippine擁有的酒莊中，算是最前衛的，雖然園中所種植的葡萄樹樹齡平均已達51年，但所釀之酒年輕時就可被享用，成熟期約3-5年即可，但又可久存十幾二十年。近期的年份表現地較初期的來得更有深度及複雜度，帶多層次的香味，有碳烤espresso香、橡木香、甘草香以及覆盆子果香，是款可以早喝的級數酒，此酒莊應被晉升為四級酒莊。

風味：Pastourelle de Clerc Milon 是酒莊的二軍酒，首次推出年份為2009年。 “Pastourelle”在法文中是牧羊女的意思，酒款命名象徵著騎士與牧羊女的浪漫邂逅，呼應了克萊米濃酒堡「雙人跳舞」的暱稱。2015 Pastourelle de Clerc Milon 極具潛力、表現力豐富，帶有黑醋栗及櫻桃利口酒氣息，隱約可聞到雪松和香料芬芳穿插其中。 口感多汁到位、單寧成熟而柔滑，支撐住豐富飽滿的酒體，整體表現可說是 2015 年偉大年份的見證之作。煙草及薄荷風味使得尾韻悠長而充實，更顯這顯酒的完美和諧。
