使用來自Cenicero (Rioja Alta) 裡的單一葡萄園”Cuartos Viejos”,以精選葡萄經過長期熟成所釀造出的酒款,充分表現出西班牙Rioja產區的精神,透過限量生產、嚴格篩選及現代化釀酒技術,清楚地傳遞葡萄品種特質。
釀造方式:採收後仔細挑選葡萄,在小型不銹鋼槽裡浸皮發酵,每日淋汁並長時間浸皮,之後在橡木桶裡進行乳酸發酵。酒莊選用不同類型、不同產地、不同烘烤方式的橡木桶,以賦予酒汁複雜度。在橡木桶裡熟成24個月,無過濾,其後置入瓶中熟成至少18個月後上市。
酒色:深櫻桃深紅色色澤。
香氣:咖啡香氣中點綴著紅色森林野果氣息。
口感:口感絲滑濃厚,尾韻悠長,層次多而平衡,鼻息帶出優雅的菸葉與土壤芬芳。
酒精度:Approx. 14%
侍酒溫度:攝氏16-18度。
配菜:適合搭配各式紅肉料理、野味、香煎鴨胸及鴿肉料裡。
