使用來自Cenicero (Rioja Alta) 裡的單一葡萄園”Cuartos Viejos”，以精選葡萄經過長期熟成所釀造出的酒款，充分表現出西班牙Rioja產區的精神，透過限量生產、嚴格篩選及現代化釀酒技術，清楚地傳遞葡萄品種特質。
釀造方式：採收後仔細挑選葡萄，在小型不銹鋼槽裡浸皮發酵，每日淋汁並長時間浸皮，之後在橡木桶裡進行乳酸發酵。酒莊選用不同類型、不同產地、不同烘烤方式的橡木桶，以賦予酒汁複雜度。在橡木桶裡熟成24個月，無過濾，其後置入瓶中熟成至少18個月後上市。
酒色：深櫻桃深紅色色澤。
香氣：咖啡香氣中點綴著紅色森林野果氣息。
口感：口感絲滑濃厚，尾韻悠長，層次多而平衡，鼻息帶出優雅的菸葉與土壤芬芳。
酒精度：Approx. 14％
侍酒溫度：攝氏16-18度。
配菜：適合搭配各式紅肉料理、野味、香煎鴨胸及鴿肉料裡。

El Coto de Rioja 西班牙愛格多酒莊榮獲IWSC（International Wine & Spirit Competition）2016年度西班牙最佳酒莊之獎項（2016 Spanish Wine Producer of the Year）。
