Montmains 一級園位在 Serein 溪流的左岸，面向南邊跟東南邊的山坡上，地質年代是中侏羅紀時期沉積，含有豐富的石灰質與黏土，並且有很多的小石塊。面積僅有 1.27 公頃，葡萄藤的年齡約 50歲。
Domaines Guy Robin et Fils在是布根地典型的中型家族酒莊，葡萄園面積加起來大約 20 公頃，分布在夏布利特級園中的五個地塊 (Blanchot、Bouros、Les Clos、Valmur、Vaudesir)和三塊優質一級園 (Montmains、Montee de Tonnerre、Vaillons)。生產的酒主要銷往歐洲各地，只有極少的數量能出口到亞洲地區。
不同於為了突顯清新果香和礦物感而採用不鏽鋼槽發酵的作法，Guy Robin et Fils 酒莊使用大型舊橡木桶進行發酵與熟成來增添酒的層次感，發酵過程僅使用當地的環境酵母，發酵完成後繼續存放在老橡木桶中，經過 10個月的熟化後才進行裝瓶。。淺金黃色外觀，清新的海味礦物感、柑橘香和與橡木桶帶來的淡雅乳化香氣，超過50年的老藤葡萄更增添一分如蜂蜜般的圓潤感。

風味：金黃的酒色充滿了朝氣的強烈香氣，可以感受到椰子跟泥灰石混合的氣味，而這也是Butteaux 這個地區很具有特色的地質。也有木質香氣出現，並且跟其他的氣味結合得很好。
跟其他一般的夏伯利相比較，這款酒入口的持久性與力道是很強大的。
