2021火柴盒卡本內蘇維翁紅酒 Matchbook Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

2021 年火柴盒蘇維翁完全採用鄧尼根山火柴盒莊園葡萄園的紅色礫石土壤上種植的葡萄釀製而成。這款深紅寶石色的葡萄酒散發著馬鞍革、煙草、尤加利、深色水果、丁香、紫羅蘭和摩卡的經典赤霞珠香氣。葡萄被輕輕壓碎並在小型溫控鋼罐中發酵。使用專門挑選的酵母組合來增強顏色和風味提取，不會產生刺激性的單寧。每天將罐子抽水兩次，直到幾乎乾燥，然後將葡萄酒壓榨並在法國、匈牙利和美國橡木桶中陳釀 12 個月。

The 2021 Matchbook Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted entirely from grapes grown on the red gravel soils in our Dunnigan Hills Matchbook Estate vineyard. Classic Cabernet aromas of saddle leather, tobacco, eucalyptus, dark fruit, clove, violet and mocha emerge from this deep ruby colored wine. The grapes are gently crushed and fermented in small temperature-controlled, steel tanks. A combination of specially selected yeasts is used to enhance color and flavor extraction without harsh tannins. The tanks are pumped-over twice per day until nearly dry, then the wine is pressed & aged in French, Hungarian and American oak barrels for 12 months.
