適合搭配炸物，蝦子，烤魚，或者羊奶乳酪。
重點特色
葡萄生長於充滿石英及雲母的片麻岩土質上，並借用級數酒的釀造方式製造。葡萄酒的發酵完成後在位於地下的儲存槽中與酵母陳年12個月，並定時攪拌。之後於瓶中陳年12個月。有10年的陳年實力。
