Moet Imperial Brut匯集約200不同葡萄園所生產的優質葡萄。它以三種香檳葡萄和諧調配而成 (30%至40%的黑比諾葡萄, 30%至40%的皮諾蔓尼紅葡萄，20%至30%的夏多內白葡萄)。釀酒師不惜使用珍貴的典藏酒維持香檳品質 (使用量20%~30%不等)。帶有優雅的金黃色澤，時而透露綠寶的光澤。香氣非常活潑，透露出清新的白果香 (蘋果、梨子、白桃)，柑橘果香 (檸檬)，淡淡的花香 (檸檬花) 與優雅的奶油餅乾及新鮮堅果香。
