d;Or\uff0c\u4ee5\u5317\u908a C\u00f4te de Nuits \u548c\u5357\u65b9\u7684 C\u00f4te de Beaune\u5169\u500b\u6b21\u7522\u5340\u7d44\u6210\u3002\u52c3\u6839\u5730\u7bc4\u570d\u72f9\u9577\uff0c\u5f80\u5317\u76f4\u81f3Chablis\u7522\u5340\u6216\u662f\u5357\u4e0b\u5230C\u00f4te Ch\u00e2lonnaise\u548cBeaujolais\u6751\u838a\u908a\u754c\u7684\u7522\u5340\u5247\u4ee5M\u00e2connais\u53caPouilly-Fuiss\u00e9\u8457\u540d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4eca\u65e5\u5728\u52c3\u6839\u5730\u64c1\u6709\u8d85\u904e80\u500bAOC\uff0c\u7e3d\u5171\u8d85\u904e600\u500b\u7368\u7279\u7684\u98a8\u571fClimat\uff01<\/p>\n<p>18\u4e16\u7d00\u672b\u52c3\u6839\u5730\u958b\u59cb\u6709\u5206\u7d1a\u6b78\u985e\u7684\u96db\u5f62\uff0c\u6b78\u529f\u65bc\u5e7e\u4f4d\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u8a18\u8f09\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u4f8b\u59821816\u5e74Andr\u00e9 Jullien \u64b0\u5beb\u7684\u00ab classifications savantes \u00bb \uff0c1831\u5e74 Denis Blaise Morelot\u548c1855\u5e74\u7531\u690d\u7269\u5b78\u5bb6Jules Lavalle\u7684\u8ca2\u737b,\u5206\u7d1a\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u898f\u7ae0\u6301\u7e8c\u6f14\u5316\u52301935\u5e74\u624d\u5b8c\u6210\u4eca\u65e5\u52c3\u6839\u5730\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u67b6\u69cb\u3002\u4e0d\u540c\u8207\u6ce2\u723e\u591a\u7684\u57ce\u5821\u5206\u7d1a\u5236\u5ea6 (Ch\u00e2teau)\uff0c\u6cd5\u570b\u5c07\u52c3\u6839\u5730\u7684\u5206\u7d1a\u4ee5\u5730\u5340\u548c\u9152\u7684\u7b49\u7d1a\u53ef\u5206\u70ba\u4e09\u500b\u7b49\u7d1a\uff1a\u5730\u5340\u7d1a\uff08Appellation R\u00e9gional\uff09, \u6751\u838a\u7d1a(Appellation Village)\u548c\u4e00\u7d1a\u5712\uff08Premier Cru \uff09\u8ddf\u6700\u9802\u7d1a\u7a00\u5c11\u7684\u7279\u7d1a\u5712\uff08Grand Cru \uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u73fe\u4eca\u52c3\u6839\u5730\u7e3d\u5171\u670933\u500b\u7279\u7d1a\u5712 Grands Crus, 44\u500b\u6751\u838a\u7d1a Appellations Villages et 7\u500b\u5730\u5340\u7d1a\u7522\u5340Appellations R\u00e9gionales\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u52c3\u6839\u5730\u7684\u5206\u7d1a\u932f\u7d9c\u8907\u96dc\u4ee5\u98a8\u571f\u7684\u7368\u7279\u6027\u70ba\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u7d50\u5408\u4eba\u6587\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u53ca\u77e5\u8b58\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u8a72\u5206\u7d1a\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u4e5f\u8b93\u52c3\u6839\u5730\u7684\u8461\u8404\u9152\u80fd\u8868\u9054\u5728\u66f4\u7cbe\u78ba\u7684\u571f\u58e4\u985e\u578b\u6216\u5fae\u578b\u6c23\u5019\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5dee\u7570\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u52c3\u6839\u5730\u8461\u8404\u9152\u5206\u7d1a\u6642\u5fc5\u9808\u7d9c\u5408\u8a55\u5206\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5e7e\u500b\u4e3b\u8981\u6e96\u5247\uff1a<\/p>\n<h3>\u571f\u5730\u5283\u5206 d\u00e9limitation:<\/h3>\n<p>\u6cd5\u898f\u4f9d\u7167\u5730\u5340\u6216\u662f\u6751\u838a\u5283\u5206\u51fa\u5c6c\u65bc\u8a72\u7b49\u7d1a\u7684\u571f\u5730\u754c\u7dda\u3002\u7279\u5225\u662f\u91dd\u5c0d\u4e00\u7d1a\u5712\u6216\u7279\u7d1a\u5712\u7b49\u7d1a\u7684\u8461\u8404\u5712\u6709\u975e\u5e38\u7cbe\u6e96\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\u3002<\/p>\n<h6>\u7522\u91cf Le rendement\uff1a<\/h6>\n<p>\u55ae\u4f4d\u9762\u7a4d\u7522\u91cf\uff0c\u4ee5\u6bcf\u516c\u9803\u80fd\u63a1\u6536\u7684\u8461\u8404\u8a08\u7b97\u3002<\/p>\n<h6>\u8461\u8404\u6210\u719f\u5ea6 Titre alcoom\u00e9trique\uff1a<\/h6>\n<p>\u7528\u63a1\u6536\u6642\u7684\u8461\u8404\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u7684\u5929\u7136\u7cd6\u4efd\u6fc3\u5ea6\u53bb\u8a08\u7b97\u9810\u4f30\u7684\u9152\u7cbe\u6fc3\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<h6>\u8461\u8404\u54c1\u7a2e Le c\u00e9page :<\/h6>\n<p>\u7b49\u7d1a\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u91c0\u9020\u7684\u54c1\u7a2e\u548c\u6bd4\u4f8b\u8d8a\u56b4\u683c\u3002\u8f03\u9ad8\u7b49\u7684\u5206\u7d1a\u4e2d\u898f\u5b9a\u7d05\u9152\u53ea\u80fd\u7528Pinot Noir\u6216Chardonnay\u4ee3\u8868, \u4f46\u9019\u500b\u985e\u5225\u7684\u6cd5\u898f\u7b49\u7d1a\u80fd\u8a8d\u53ef\u4f86\u81ea\u4e0d\u540c\u5340\u57df\u7684\u8461\u8404\u5712\u6216\u662f\u4e0d\u540c\u54c1\u7a2e\u88fd\u6210\u7684\u9152\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982Bourgogne Passe-tout-grain\uff0c\u5176\u6cd5\u898f\u898f\u5b9a\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u81f3\u5c111\/3\u7684Pinot Noir \u91c0\u9020\u4e26\u53ef\u6df7\u5408Gamay \uff1b\u52c3\u6839\u5730\u7684\u7c89\u7d05\u9152\u7522\u91cf\u5341\u5206\u7a00\u5c11\uff0c\u4f46\u537b\u6709\u8457\u540d\u7684\u6c23\u6ce1\u9152 Cr\u00e9mant-de-Bourgogne\uff0c\u6b64\u5206\u7d1a\u7684\u6e05\u723d\u767d\u9152 Bourgogne Aligot\u00e9 \u5247\u662f\u4f7f\u7528\u7576\u5730\u767d\u8461\u8404\u54c1\u7a2e Crus\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6cd5\u898f\u66f4\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\uff0c\u80fd\u5c55\u73fe\u5730\u584a\u53ca\u5fae\u578b\u6c23\u5019\u7684\u7368\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u77e5\u540d\u7684\u6751\u838a\u4f8b\u5982Chablis, Beaune, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Pouilly-Fuiss\u00e9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&lt;p\u6751\u838a\u7d1a\u4e2d\u66f4\u9ad8\u7d1a\u7684\u4e00\u7d1a\u5712 Appellation Premier Cru Corton-Charlemagne, Charlemagne, Montrachet, Chevalier-Montrachet, B\u00e2tard-Montrachet, Bienvenues-B\u00e2tard-Montrachet \u548c Criots-B\u00e2tard-Montrachet\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u901a\u5e38\u4e00\u7d1a\u5712\u7684\u9152\u6a19\u4e0a\u6703\u6a19\u8a3b\u6240\u5c6c\u7684\u6751\u838a\u540d\uff0c
